Permit applications may either be submitted online through the link below or at City Hall Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Business License Application (Please note that a business license is required for all contractors who are doing work inside Woodruff City limits. This is required in addition to the building permit.)
Residential Disclosure Form (If you are the homeowner and you are doing the work yourself, you will NOT need a business license but you are required to complete this form and have it notarized to submit along with your permit application.)
