Sewer  Service and Garbage Collection

You can sign up for sewer service and garbage collection at City Hall. A fee of $43.75 will be charged for new customers who sign up for service. An additional impact fee will be charged only for new construction (to be determined in the office).

Water

Water service is provided through the Woodruff-Roebuck Water District. The District recently opened a new treatment facility in 2013 that provides clean, reliable water to over 10,000 customers. You can sign up for water at the Woodruff-Roebuck Water District office. A fee of $40 will be charged for new water customers. An additional water tap fee will be charged for new construction. 

Electricity

Duke Energy provides electrical service to properties within the City of Woodruff. Businesses: Check out Duke Energy’s Small Business Energy Saver Program to see if you are eligible for cost savings.

Cable/Internet

Two carriers provide cable and internet service for the City of Woodruff: Charter Spectrum and Frontier Communications.
