Board of Zoning and Appeals

This committee hears and decides upon applications for variances, special exceptions and administrative appeals when it is alleged there is an error in any order, requirement, decision or determination made by an administrative official in the enforcement of any zoning ordinance.

Planning Commission

This committee acts in an advisory capacity to the City Council on matters relating to the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Code amendments, and Rezonings.
